Enjoy making perfect videos or photoshoots at our dreamy video/photoshoot space – centrally located and maintained very well. This place is only 2 min distance from Blue Line (Metro).
As you walk into this studio rental, we will see a magnificent setup, we call it the “great room” where guests can sit and relax, lay down their bags and wait while they are not working, a classic white sofa set graces the place in the center. Our studio has a 65″ TV that you can connect your devices and use for presentations or just a video.
There is a woofer with a Bluetooth connection loud enough for everyone in the room to hear. Next to it, we have updated the space to a photoshoot area where models and businesses can take professional pictures on plain paper roll backdrops. Perfect for portfolio shoots, professional headshots, brand shoots, editorial shoots and so much more.
On the other side, there’s a queen bed placed with matching side tables, a dressing table, and a hanging stand. This corner has stunning wallpaper in shades of blue & pink. Beside this girly corner, a green setup with an artificial grass backdrop is placed. This photoshoot space rental is fully carpeted, brightly lit & super spacious.
This Photo Shoot/Video Space offers a lot of perks regarding lighting and equipment. The following equipment is available at the location to be used during any of your shoots/sessions.

Dedicated Assistant Details:
[Camera equipment is not included]Your Assistant is a professional who has experience working with cameras and filming but is not necessarily an expert in videography. They are here to help you with filming yourself with your own gear. Guide you in getting the right shots, make sure lighting is good, or if you are speaking too fast or too slow on your video. Help you move around things if you need to. Help you choose the right backdrops and make a better decision.
Videographer:
Your Videographer will be there to film with a professional camera and equipment for the chosen time frame. You would not have to bring any gear with you. This is just for shooting videos that you need for your work.
This does not include editing. You have an option to edit the videos with us. Editing costs may vary depending on the type of videos. Your Videographer will be your professional cameraman and your assistant for the day to help you create the content you need.
